The Kiwanis Inclusive Playground will be a Kiwanis and community funded project with the City of Lapeer providing the space. The success of this project hinges on our fundraising efforts and the support from both public and private donations. We urge you to consider supporting this project to help us reach our goal. We offer many ways in which you can support. Once the project is completed, the City of Lapeer Parks department plans to absorb the playground as their own and will perform monthly playground safety inspections, executed by Certified Playground Safety Inspectors. In addition, the department will provide long-term routine maintenance and upkeep. |

Become a Playground Sponsor or Supporter. You can choose to donate any monetary amount. The following sponsorship levels include your logo or name (in increasing size depending on level) on a permanent sign at the entrance to the playground. It also includes your logo or name with backlink on our website sponsor page and Facebook recognition.
Every contribution is appreciated and helps us get closer to our goal! Donations of $2,499 or less will receive name recognition on our website sponsor page.

Sponsor a Play Feature. You can also choose to sponsor a particular piece of equipment within our playground design. In addition to receiving the benefits noted above, a recognition plaque will be added to the particular piece(s) of equipment you are sponsoring. Customization options may also be available!
Become an In-Kind Donor / Playground Partner. You can choose to provide goods and/or services required for the project. As a community partner, you will receive the same benefits noted above depending on the monetary value of your donation. We are currently seeking community partners to assist with the following playground elements:
- Site prep
- Outdoor theater construction
- Concrete work
- Signage
- Landscaping
- And more!

Company Matching Programs.
Your place of employment may offer a matching program for charitable giving. They may, for example, match your donation amount dollar for dollar up to a certain amount. If so, it could significantly bump up the amount you could otherwise afford to give. |
